when doing ab exercises is it more effective to do them fast or slow?

slow, practice fast sometimes just to get the muscle fibers to remember to move fast…but slow, controlled excercises will get more results, try to twist your midsection and do more different ab workouts, do them until it burns, until you wanna puke, then you will get massive gains…some weightlifters always pump the muscle at the top of their rep, so when you’re up on the bench, flex the abs slowly for 2 seconds, then go back down in 2 seconds, repeat, repeat, repeat
