I was wondering have you done a video on work out clothes yet? I’m more interested in sports bra and which ones ‘hold up’ the best during cardio work outs; also, what type of underwear would you recommend wearing… I KNOW IT’S AN AWKWARD QUESTION, but I’ve seen women wear thongs at the gym (that are exposed!) and I don’t understand how’s that possible! I tend to get wedgies a lot and my only solution is to wear a panty liner (which works), but I want to know what you recommend
