Lay flat on your back put your hands above your head and raise your feet about 3-6″ off the ground and hold them there almost until you can’t do that any longer. You can also do this same excercise but instead of holding your feet kick them up and down from your waist without bending you knees.
Find an area that is flat, then curves down at about a small angle. (the top of a stairway works well if you are not afraid of falling down it) Do normal situps, but instead of stopping at the floor go back fartherto the angle then sit back up. This works both your upper and lower abs.
Just acouple I can remember off the top of my head.
