I eat several small meals throughout the day usually as soon as I feel a little bit of hunger. I do eat before I go to bed if I’m hungry, usually a little cereal and milk or kefir or yogurt. I don’t like going to bed with any hunger. A snack an hour before bed helps me sleep. To feel fuller try adding some healthy fats to your meals. Things like olive oil, avocados, peanut butter. It will help you stay fuller much longer.

Hi, please check out my blogspot, I have outlined the exercises that I do and for how long. I do treat myself to foods that I consider dessert snacks every day. I love chocolate so my treats usually are some kind of chocolate. Some of my favorites are dark chocolate covered almonds, dark choc. covered raisins, chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and my homemade healthy brownies (see my video on how to make these).

I really enjoy your videos! Very informative.
I have a few questions: 1. What kind of exercise do you do/how often? 2. Do you ever treat yourself to junk food like a piece of cake? 3. How many times a day do you eat? 4. Do you think it’s best to not eat 3 hours before going to bed? 5. What can I do or eat to feel fuller longer? 6. What is one of the best things to eat at night before bed?

Great tips! thanks so much
when you were talking about the food groups, it somewhat depends on everyone with regards to how much protein and carbs someone has, it depends on your metabolic type.
