Along with that I do pull ups and pushups and situps (I switch off though). I find the top portion of my stomach is tight but, below that waist and midsection it’s a bit more squishy. What are some good ab exercises to compliment my running? I’m open to new things too, something that doesn’t get me on the floor.

Day 21 of my 60 day water fast. I’m down from 190lbs to 164 after 21 days. I wanna be in my beach body in a REAL HURRY.It was 80 degrees TODAY, so I’m so excited about my body and the positive changes it has made in the last 21 days.
