@KPCSydney Thats fine, two variations would be like that, or ONE kettlebell totally held over the head like an overhead squat. if the bb hurts, its prob not close enough to the neck (or maybe the deltoid needs to be built up perhaps!)

HEY! I did the Fab 300 workout yesterday! PHENOMENAL indeed! Must do for all Fab Females!!!!
I have 1 q’ for you Omar – is it ok to do the front squats in this program with 2 x KB held close to the chest underneath the chin, elbows in? (12kg per Kettlebell) My mate Nikki finds using the BB accross her shoulders uncomfortable.
