@keltronzero yes it does do something to the fats… it will shrink the muscle fat. you can’t just get rid of the fat, you have to work out to shrink it, to make the body skinner. yes it may get the muscle stronger and bigger, but at least you are toned. the only way to get rid of body fat in your body system is get a liposuction.

I do about 8 minutes of different arms exercises each day with 5 pound weights. switching to 10 pounds in about a month or so. it’s been 2 weeks and there’s already a noticable difference. of course this is because i had toothpick arms to begin with, but still.

These excersices aren’t for people with fat arms. Obviously your gonna get a fat arm with muscle making your arms look larger. These excercises are for fit women with flabby arms.

It’s true. When i first started exercising(to lose weight) my favorite was arm exercises. I got *huge* muscles but with fat over the top. I had to stop and do nothing for several months to get them smaller.

This trainer should have his certification stripped. An idiot would know that working on a muscle, isolating it will only make the muscle stronger or bigger.. it will do NOTHING for the fat that’s over it. NOTHING.

Work with light weights & do many repetitions/sets to trim. To gain muscle heighten up the load & do less repetitions/sets. Generally speaking if you can lift something 4-8 times, rest, and do it again thats for muscle/strength training. If you lift something about 12-18 times (fast n easy) rest, & repeat that’s for trimming. -and yes. Within 2 months you can see results, and thats IF you take 15 minutes at least 3times a week.

I am still working on my arms. It will take some time to get rid of the flab under the arms. However, I have started to see an improvement. My flabby arms are terrible so I think it will take a least a year of exercise to make my arms fit for public display. I keep the buggers covered at the moment. Ha! Ha!

Thanks for the professional advice.
My triceps, or to be more precise “bingo wings”, are really scary to look at and I need to make alot of effort just to get rid of the flab.
I will try these exercises out.

the weights should be 5 or 10 pounds so you can do many reps to tone. If you want muscular arms do heavier weights and less reps
