@BianconeriCR7 Yes….bands can provide resistance all the way up to 100lbs in each hand depending on the band you choose! That certainly can not only help you to maintain but to increase strength and size as well.

Hey jeff i see you like using these bands. Im going to be traveling a lot soon, if i purchase some bands and use them to workout will it keep me from losing my muscle mass while im not lifting weights?

These videos help out so much. I’ve been studying martial arts for eleven years now and a friend told me about athleanx and it has dramatically changed my outcome on the mats. Thank you

@haris123abc The home version uses resistance bands (in addition to a pullup bar, some dumbbells and your own bodyweight). The gym version subs out bands for cables (that are available in every gym).

Hey does Athlean-X require resistance bands for da 90 day program?

Jeff I’ve been watching ur channel and I love it. Unfortunately I keep trying to get into shape but I dont ever seem to reach my goal. Im still fat and discouraged. It sucks because i used to be in really good shape. I dont even go swimming anymore cause I dont want to take off my shirt. But now i just feel that Im meant to be fat. I just turned 30 yrs old, live here in CT and I feel like my best days of being in shape are over. I dont know what to do man! I have yet to try ur program.

    Jeff,

I’ve been hearing people talk about this “blood diet” Any thoughts, concerns on this method of eating and supplementation? Would it work while on AthleanX?

@haris123abc Jeff usually doesn’t respond to questions like this. I guess he feels like you should just buy his program.

@afgmuscl3 AthLEAN-X incorporates BOTH weights and bodyweight movements into it’s 90 day program. You beneft from them both as each is called for at specific times. As far as boxers following the program, it was practically made for them. I wanted AthLEAN-X to be about building lean active muscle that you can actually still move with, be lightening quick with, and more powerful than ever. We have MMA fighters doing the program and dominating. We would welcome you to the team!

Hey Jeff i was just wondering if the AthleanX program can be used by boxers. Since boxers mostly use bodyweight exercises such as pushups, dips, chinups etc, does the AthleanX program have similar workouts as well that do not include the use of weights?

There is no such thing as muscle memory. If new results are desired you simply need a higher degree of progressive resistance or more intensity in your work outs. You also need to eradicate the fat that hides the muscles. Muscles do not think, and tricking them with new exercises is B.S…Having said that, most of your workouts are good ways to become fit and strong. Athelets need functional, full body strength, and therefore they should do exercises that incorporate all muscles as a unit.
