    to all the people below. you do this every second day. an every other day you do upper body training. an you have one day off. I’m doing this as part of the workout club. I suggest you sign up it’s freaking amazing I’ve gotten outstanding results! :) )

    Yeah. At first I was a bit confuse on how
    to manage my diet program to get the perfect
    abs. Its like will I be losing weight or do I need
    to diet? Good thing I found this program at:
